Roseview double finalist at G16 Awards
This year has already been one of Roseview’s most successful, with the launch of their new Ultimate Rose window and debut appearance at the FIT Show just two of the highlights. Now there’s even more to celebrate as Roseview have been nominated in two categories at the prestigious G16 awards.
Fabricator of the Year
The respected firm, which has built an impressive reputation as the industry’s leading manufacturers of uPVC vertical-sliding sash windows, has been shortlisted for the coveted G16 Fabricator of the Year award.
“We’re absolutely delighted to have been recognised in this way,” comments Mike Bygrave, Roseview marketing manager. “Every day, we strive to be the very best fabricator we can be, and this year in particular we’ve invested extensively in increasing production, upgrading already market-leading products and further improving the quality of the service we provide. This year we made our FIT Show debut, we’ve invested nearly £400k in new machinery, and we’ve launched an even more authentic version of our flagship Ultimate Rose window. On top of that we’ve continued to supply Charisma Rose, Heritage Rose and Ultimate Rose windows to a growing number of trade and commercial clients. To receive a Fabricator of the Year nomination after all that is really the icing on the cake.” Customer Care Initiative of the Year[/x_custom_headline][cs_text]Roseview’s innovative sash window scheme has also been nominated for the G16 Customer Care Initiative of the Year award. The scheme, spearheaded by Roseview managing director and sash window veteran Willie Kerr, was introduced to help installers familiarise themselves with the fabricator’s Rose Collection sash windows, and learn how to fit and maintain them.
“We’ve been running two courses for installer customers,” Mike continues. “One focuses on product specifications, the other on installing and surveying, and we’ve been delighted with the uptake we’ve seen so far. We’ve seen a steady stream of installers coming in to take part in the scheme, the majority of them new, who together have gone on to complete a significant number of sash window projects this year.”
“2016 has been one of the busiest, most rewarding and successful years in our history,” comments Willie Kerr – Roseview’s MD, “So having this recognised with nominations for two G16 Awards is very gratifying. But we’re not complacent. In 2017, it won’t be anything but business as usual for us – and that means striving to constantly improve every aspect of what we do.”
